Partner programme / Referral partner
Introduce the deal. We do the rest.
For consultants, accountants and agencies whose clients keep asking the same question. You make the introduction; we run the cycle, deliver and support — and you are paid on what it invoices.
- You do
- Introduce and qualify the opportunity
- We do
- Sell, contract, deliver and support
- You earn
- A referral fee on invoiced revenue from every deal that closes
- Commitment
- None

Is this you
The businesses this track was written for.
Specific on purpose. A partner programme that describes its ideal partner as “ambitious and growth-focused” has described nobody.
- An accountancy practice whose clients keep asking what to replace their bookkeeping stack with
- An IT consultancy that advises on systems but does not want to resell them
- A digital agency whose retail clients need a till that talks to the website
- A management consultant who ends every engagement recommending software somebody else has to supply
The work
What you would actually be doing.
You spot it and introduce it
An email or a call with the two of us on it. You do not have to demo, price, or answer a technical question you would rather not.
We take it from there
Discovery, demo, quote, contract, provisioning and support are ours. You stay copied in for as much or as little of it as you want.
Your standing is protected
We do not pitch beyond what you introduced without telling you, and we will not go around you to the client on a later deal.
The economics
How the money works.
Structurally, which is the part that does not change. The numbers depend on your market and your lines, and you get them in writing before the second call.
Paid on invoiced revenue, not on signature
A referral fee on what the customer actually pays, which means it keeps paying while they keep paying rather than stopping at the close.
No cost to be here
Nothing to join, nothing to stock, no target and no minimum. If you introduce nothing this year, nothing happens.
Registered from the introduction
The opportunity is yours for the cycle from the moment you register it, whether or not anyone has exclusivity in your territory.
What we ask
Stated before you apply, not after.
- That the introduction is real — a named person expecting our call, not a list
- That you tell us what you already know about their situation, so we do not ask them twice
- A named person on your side who owns the relationship with us
Nothing here is a joining fee, a minimum order or stock to carry. You carry software.
The first ninety days
So nobody has to imagine them.
Appointed
Agreement signed, fee basis agreed in writing, and you have a sandbox tenant of your own to look around.
Briefed
A short session on which of the twenty-three products fit which of your clients, and what a good introduction looks like.
First introduction
We join the call, and you watch how we handle it before you decide how involved you want to be on the next one.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to know the product?
Enough to recognise the opportunity, which is usually one conversation. You are not expected to demo it, and if you would rather never see a technical question, this is the track for that.
What if my client already talks to you?
You will be told before you sign anything. We publish which accounts are already ours rather than letting a partner find out by registering a deal we cannot give them.
Can I move to reselling later?
Yes, and several partners will. The referral track is the low-commitment way to find out whether your market wants this before you take a target.
The other tracks
If this one is not quite it.
Reseller
You buy at partner pricing and sell at your own. You own the quote, the invoice, the renewal and the customer relationship; we license the software and stand behind it with second-line support.
Commitment: An agreed annual target
Implementation partner
You handle configuration, data migration, integration and training — and keep every penny of that services revenue — on top of partner pricing for the licences.
Commitment: At least two certified people on your team
Country distributor
An exclusive territory, distributor pricing, the right to appoint and support sub-partners beneath you, local billing in local currency and first-line support in local language. The most demanding track and the most rewarding.
Commitment: A territory plan and an agreed target
Not sure which? Register your interest and say so — the first conversation is partly about working that out. Or read how we compare to what your customers already run.
