Partner programme / Implementation partner
Keep every penny of the services revenue.
Configuration, data migration, integration and training are the work — and on this track they are your work, billed at your rates, on top of partner pricing for the licences.
- You do
- Sell, then configure, migrate, integrate and train
- We do
- License the software and back you technically
- You earn
- Partner pricing on licences, plus all of your own services revenue
- Commitment
- At least two certified people on your team

Is this you
The businesses this track was written for.
Specific on purpose. A partner programme that describes its ideal partner as “ambitious and growth-focused” has described nobody.
- A systems integrator whose ERP practice is tied to a vendor that takes the services revenue
- A consultancy delivering finance or supply-chain transformation on somebody else’s software
- A specialist migration shop that moves businesses off legacy accounting systems
- A development house whose clients need a platform to extend rather than one to replace
The work
What you would actually be doing.
You scope and deliver
Discovery, configuration, chart of accounts, data migration, integrations, training and go-live. The parts customers value most and pay for separately.
You extend it properly
The products are built on extension seams rather than forks, so what you build for a customer survives our releases instead of breaking on them.
We are the engineering behind you
The people who wrote the platform join your scoping calls and answer the awkward architectural question before it costs you the estimate.
The economics
How the money works.
Structurally, which is the part that does not change. The numbers depend on your market and your lines, and you get them in writing before the second call.
All of the services revenue, none of it shared
We do not take a cut of your implementation work, and we do not compete with you for it in your accounts.
Partner pricing on the licences as well
The implementation is the larger number on most projects, and the licence margin is on top of it rather than instead of it.
Recurring work follows the software
Businesses that go live keep changing. Extensions, integrations and new lines are the annuity, and they are yours.
What we ask
Stated before you apply, not after.
- At least two certified people on your team before you deliver unsupervised
- That you tell us where the platform got in your way, in detail — it is the most useful thing a partner gives us
- That customisation goes through the extension seams rather than around them
Nothing here is a joining fee, a minimum order or stock to carry. You carry software.
The first ninety days
So nobody has to imagine them.
Appointed
Agreement, partner pricing and the lines you will deliver, agreed in writing.
Certified
Technical enablement for your delivery team — architecture, extension model, migration tooling and the failure modes we already know about.
First project, jointly
We are on your first implementation with you. Not to supervise it — because the first one is where you find out what we forgot to tell you.
Questions
Frequently asked
Will you compete with me for the services work?
Not in your accounts. Implementation partners exist because we would rather build software than deliver projects, and a vendor that quietly competes for the delivery work does not keep implementation partners.
How customisable is it, really?
The products are modular and extend through defined seams rather than by forking. Ask us for the architecture description and the extension documentation before you commit — we would rather you knew the limits early.
What happens to what I build when you release?
Extensions built on the seams survive upgrades. That is a design property rather than a promise, and it is the first thing to test in your certification.
The other tracks
If this one is not quite it.
Referral partner
You spot the opportunity and make the introduction; we run the sales cycle, deliver and support. The natural first step for consultants, accountants and agencies whose clients keep asking the same question.
Commitment: None
Reseller
You buy at partner pricing and sell at your own. You own the quote, the invoice, the renewal and the customer relationship; we license the software and stand behind it with second-line support.
Commitment: An agreed annual target
Country distributor
An exclusive territory, distributor pricing, the right to appoint and support sub-partners beneath you, local billing in local currency and first-line support in local language. The most demanding track and the most rewarding.
Commitment: A territory plan and an agreed target
Not sure which? Register your interest and say so — the first conversation is partly about working that out. Or read how we compare to what your customers already run.
